    5/xx - Present Maintenance Company Commander: Directly supervise 220 personnel working in 29 different occupational specialties. Responsible for a supply and parts warehouse with $9 million in inventory and 11,000 line items. Operate a maintenance shop which repairs equipment in 12 different commodity areas including communications, power generation, fuel and electrical systems equipment.
    • Initiated supply processing changes which cut manning requirements from 15 personnel to 12 personnel.
    • Rated as the best repair parts warehouse in Europe out of 55 similar facilities.
    • Developed an innovative maintenance program, which resulted in the division passing maintenance evaluation inspection for the first time in 5 years.
    6/xx - 5/xx Division Supply and Services Officer: Responsible for ensuring the logistical support for a 10,000 person military unit. Responsibilities included the management of critical division equipment shortages and the review and approval for all goods and contracted services not available through the military supply system. Also advised the division logistics staff on supply policies, procedures, and problem resolution.
    • Personally selected by the Division Chief of Staff for this highly sensitive position over 11 candidates.
    • Saved over $2 million by developing a more efficient repair parts stockage system for combat units.
    • Streamlined local purchase process, reducing customer waiting time for goods and services by 25%.
    9/xx - 5/xx Platoon Leader: Directly supervised 29 people, 5 vehicles, and $1.3 million worth of equipment. Responsible for planning all training, maintenance of all equipment, unit supply and leadership. Provided logistic support (to include food, fuel, ammunition) to a unit of 500 people.
    • Transformed a weak supply system into an effective and productive operation that received a "Top 20%" rating from Army inspectors.
    • Selected over 24 other Lieutenants to be a candidate for Aide-de-Camp to Deputy Commander.
    • Redesigned field training, which reduced training time from 9 days to 6 days.
