- Part of our philosophy is to meet our candidates personally and give them a chance to meet us. Whenever possible, we travel regularly to most major military installations to interview candidates and share information about civilian career opportunities and the issues most important to separating Junior Officers.
- In order to make the best decision about your career, you must do two things:
- 1–Get the right information.
- 2–Get a personal evaluation of your marketability.
- Your recruiter will conduct a personal interview with you for 30 minutes or more to assess your skills, education, goals, and success pattern. At the end of the interview, we will tell you how marketable you are and whether or not we will be able to represent you. We will conduct these interviews face up at your base location or when a face-to-face meeting is not possible, we will conduct a detailed interview on the phone.
