A Military Recruiting Institute conference is unlike any other recruiting event. You will interview with top corporations, hand-selected to match your job search criteria. Before the interviews take place, Military Recruiting Institute spends two full days honing your interviewing skills, actively participating in interview role-playing and thoroughly briefing you on the companies with whom you will be interviewing. 

Our conferences are national conferences, rather than regional, meaning that junior officers will see corporate opportunities from throughout the United States — not just from one region.  Our conferences take place in Houston, TX which makes the conference easily accessible for junior officers throughout the country.  Each junior officer attending usually interviews with 6 to 9 companies during the conference.  Each interview is specifically matched based on the junior officer’s career interests as well as their qualifications for the career.  We do not advocate interviews with companies that you have no interest in, nor companies that you have no chance with.
