A Military Recruiting Institute hiring conference is unlike any other recruiting event

Several times a year, we assemble approximately 10-12 employers and 15-30 candidates from all over the country. This is not a job fair, as we only show you the people who fit your profile and job. The typical schedule will be anywhere from 7-11 candidates, all of whom fit. Generally, employers will want to pursue 70% of their schedule, so this is a very efficient, cost effective way to recruit.
