Every JMO interested in the Military Recruiting Institute program is thoroughly screened and has to meet certain Selection Criteria. Once accepted into the program, candidates receive the finest training available to prepare them for Executive Development Programs. Preparation is extensive to ensure that each candidate is ready for the job search and focused on pertinent issues. When a candidate is in 'the interviewing window,' we begin the active process. Our active process is to strategically match you with the proper opportunities. It is a "quality not quantity" approach. Our matching process involves consulting with you to find out: 1) what you are interested in; 2) what business skills and education you bring to the equation; 3) what is going on in the hiring "marketplace", and 4) personal preferences such as location, travel limitations, compensation expectations, etc. Our goal is to have you interview with as many companies as possible; but ONLY companies that make sense. We do not match you with companies just for "practice". We owe it to both our Jr Officer clients as well as our Corporate clients to only pursue legitimate matches.
