Research: We take the time to completely understand your organization and your particular needs...to include the intangible factors that make a candidate's profile suitable for you. When possible we prefer to personally visit you to accomplish this.
Pre-Screening: Once your needs have been determined, we screen our applicants with you in mind. All of our candidates are interviewed personally by a Military Recruiting Institute representative.
Interviews: Only those candidates who meet your specifications and are available for employment are put in contact with you. At a career conference, this means that you interview 10-15 people. In addition to being pre-screened, all have been thoroughly briefed about your company and have expressed interest in the type of work available.
