A former Army infantry officer, Harry entered the junior officer recruiting industry in 1972. He is a founding partner of Military Recruiting Institute and is currently the senior managing partner.

Harry manages both corporate client and junior officer client relationships and is active in recruiting junior officers from the Texas region and the east coast.

Rob has been with Military Recruiting Institute since 1989 and became a partner in 1997. He now shares managing partner responsibilities with Harry Wilson and is active in both the corporate and junior officer sides of our business.

Rob is an Air Force Academy graduate and also obtained his MBA while serving as an Air Force acquisition program management officer in Los Angeles.
